Mr Can Cleaning – Refund & Return Policy
This Refund & Return Policy applies to all cleaning services provided by Mr Can Cleaning (“we,” “our,” “us”). By booking a service through our website (https://www.mrcancleaning.co.uk/) or Stripe checkout page, you (“the Client”) agree to the following terms:
1. Non-Refundable Services
• Cleaning services are non-refundable once they have been delivered.
2. Missed Access
• If our cleaner attends at the scheduled time but is unable to gain access to the property due to the Client’s failure to provide access, the booking will be marked as 'No Access' and remains fully chargeable.
3. Cancellations & Reschedules
• Clients may cancel or reschedule a booking with at least 24 hours’ notice for a full refund or reschedule credit.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment remain chargeable in full.
4. Company-Initiated Cancellations
• If Mr Can Cleaning must cancel a booking and no reschedule is possible, a full refund will be issued to the Client.
5. Refund Processing
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
6. Governing Law
• This Refund & Return Policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
